Today’s focus was on building out the Agent Management Page with advanced lifecycle and integration capabilities.

 New Features in Agent Management

1. Agent Lifecycle Management

• Introduced an Agent Creation Wizard with options for agent type, personality presets, integrations, and permissions.

• Added Agent Profiles showing name, avatar, role, active integrations, training sources, and usage stats.

• Implemented versioning & rollbacks so agents can revert to earlier training states.

2. Integration Management

• Built OAuth flows for Gmail, Google Drive, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Slack, and others.

• Added an API key vault for custom integrations.

• Integrated granular access toggles for better control (e.g., “Read inbox only”).

• Linked with the File Management Page for selecting folders/files.

• Enabled real-time sync with Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

• Added support for third-party knowledge sources (News APIs, Stock APIs, GitHub, etc.) with custom schema options.

 With these enhancements, the Agent Management Page is evolving into a full control center, giving users powerful tools to create, integrate, and monitor their agents effectively.

Today’s work brought steady improvements across all areas, with each section moving forward by 5%.

 Consistent progress across all modules, keeping momentum strong as features mature and the platform moves closer to completion.

This update highlights key improvements across login, chat, navigation, and infrastructure, along with several new user-facing features.

• Chat Page → 50% (up from 40%) – now includes enhanced chat features

 New Features

• Landing Page: Added a brand-new landing page with hero section, features, stats, CTAs, and responsive navigation.
• Themes: Introduced light/dark theme support, including a header toggle and “System” preference in Settings.
• Chat Enhancements:
  • Improved message editing with optional resend and clearer error feedback.
  • Added a scroll-to-bottom button for easier navigation in chat.
  • Compact loading indicator for smoother experience.

Today’s work focused on enhancing the login experience with new authentication options.

• Login Page → 60% (up from 50%) – users can now log in using any email account or via GitHub.
• Register Page → Replaced with the new authentication flow.
• Chat Page → 40%, with agent selection integrated into Agent Management.
• Agent Management → 90%, with social media and email linking in place.
• Dashboard & Navigation → 65% (no change).
• Technical Infrastructure → 70% (no change).

 New Features

• Expanded login options: Email login and GitHub login now available.

 Next Focus

• Begin work on User Management to handle accounts more efficiently.

Authentication is becoming more flexible, paving the way for upcoming user management features.

The past two days brought strong improvements across authentication, agent management, chat features, and technical infrastructure.

• Login Page → 50% (no change)
• Register Page → Replaced with new authentication flow
• Chat Page → 40%, with new agent selection feature linked to the agent management page
• Agent Management → Advanced to 90%, now includes options to link social media accounts and email accounts
• Dashboard & Navigation → 65% (no change)
• Technical Infrastructure → Improved to 70%

New Features

• Authentication: Sign In / Sign Up pages with a consistent layout.
• Chat: Agent selection added, integrated with the Agent Management system.
• Agent Management: Linking social media accounts and email accounts for extended functionality.
• User menu in the chat header for quick account access.

Changes

• Removed the legacy Register page in favor of the new unified authentication flow.

Today we made significant progress, especially around authentication and user flow:

Progress Overview

• Login Page is now at 60%.

• Register Page has been replaced with the new authentication flow.

• Chat Page stays at 40%, with page structure and chat interface complete, while advanced features are still under development.

• Agent Management remains at 85%.

• Dashboard & Navigation holds at 65%.

• Technical Infrastructure is steady at 60%.

New Features

• Introduced authentication with dedicated Sign In and Sign Up pages.

• Added a consistent, centered authentication layout across all auth screens.

• Displayed a user account menu in the chat header for quick access.

 Changes

• Removed the legacy Register page in favor of the new authentication flow.

Documentation

• Added guidance for using Convex functions and the CLI.

Chores

• Integrated authentication middleware.

• Added dependencies for authentication and Convex.

With the new authentication flow in place, the system is becoming more user-ready while maintaining steady progress on core features

• Login Page holds at 50%.

• Register Page advanced to 75% (up from 67%).

• Chat Page moved forward to 40% (up from 30.2%), with page structure and chat interface completed, while other key features remain under development.

• Agent Management stays strong at 85%.

• Dashboard & Navigation remains at 65%.

• Technical Infrastructure is steady at 60%.

Overall, the system is shaping up well, with solid momentum in core user features

Progress remains steady today with a slight increase on the chat page:

• Login Page holds at 50%.

• Register Page remains at 67%.

• Chat Page inched up to 30.2% (from 28.6%), with page structure and chat interface still complete, while other components remain pending.

• Agent Management is steady at 85%.

• Dashboard & Navigation stays at 65%.

• Technical Infrastructure remains at 60%.

Overall, the foundation is solid with consistent improvements in the chat system.
